Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our terms regarding cancellations, refunds and dispute resolution for all services.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients of Desi Junction Films ("we," "us," "our") may cancel services and request refunds. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Service Cancellation
1.1 Monthly Retainer Services
- You may cancel any monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice sent to hello@desijunctionfilms.website
- Services will continue and fees will be due for the full 30-day notice period
- No cancellation fee is charged β we simply ask for the 30-day notice period
- After the notice period, no further charges will be levied
1.2 Project-Based Work
- For one-time projects (video production, website audits, strategy workshops), cancellations must be made before work commences for a full refund
- If work has commenced, you will be charged for the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation
- Completed project deliverables are non-refundable once delivered and accepted
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances only:
- Desi Junction Films fails to deliver the agreed services within the contracted timeline without reasonable cause
- A technical error results in a duplicate or erroneous billing on your account
- Services were cancelled in writing before any work commenced on a project-based engagement
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in these circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction with marketing results β digital marketing outcomes are variable and no specific results are guaranteed
- Services already delivered and accepted by the client
- Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta etc.) β these are governed by the platform's own refund policies
- Monthly retainer fees for the current or past billing periods where services were rendered
- Cancellations made after work has commenced on projects
- Changes in client's business circumstances, goals or strategy
3. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request to billing@desijunctionfilms.website with your invoice number and reason for the request
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days via your original payment method
- Approved refunds will be net of any payment processing fees (typically 2β3%)
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to first contact your Account Manager or write to hello@desijunctionfilms.website. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly. Most issues can be resolved amicably before formal dispute procedures become necessary.

5. Ad Spend Budgets
Ad spend budgets deposited with or managed through Desi Junction Films on behalf of clients on advertising platforms (Google, Meta etc.) are subject to those platforms' own terms and refund policies. We are not responsible for refunds of ad spend consumed by platforms, even if campaigns are paused or cancelled.
